In 2016, Milton & King hired one of their first full time employees. Hayley was referred to Richard by a housemate at the time, and they set up a meeting. They met at a small café in Brisbane (Hayley had a green tea, and the jeans she was wearing are now too big!) – and the rest, as they say, is history. Bryce recalls Richard saying “I don’t know, I’m not so sure about her” afterwards (something Hayley has never let him forget), but a gut feeling lead to Hayley being hired as production hand and Jill-of-all-trades – and she very quickly became a real asset to the company, and a part of the family. Hayley now heads Customer Support – she is the first point of contact for anyone enquiring with Milton & King.

Later that same year they hired Chris, Hayley’s husband, who – among many other things – is an expert in all things USA, being an American. Chris handles all the marketing and media for Milton & King, and he’s also the host of the M&K podcast!
